StaySafe’s Self-Syndication Program is designed to simplify a complicated business that involves securities law, real estate law, partnership, and corporate law knowledge, and the sensible application of assembling a team to add know-how to your efforts.

CONSTRUCTION TYPE:   Ground-up Construction using StafeSafe Cold Molded Steel Framing 
PROJECT SIZE: $15 – $100m
HOLD PERIOD: 3-7 years preferred
SPONSOR CO-INVEST: Minimum 5%
 
MARKET POPULATION:  Greater than 40,000 people within a 5-mile radius
